subject: beth's spicy oatmeal raisin cookies
these were by request. it ain't kirk's birthday yet, but he never asks me for anything, so when he said oatmeal raisin, i had to oblige. i've been telling mel for a few days now that i'm gonna bake some healthier stuff (the blog has been a little chocolate overboard-- if such a thing is possible ;-)). cookies aren't healthy but raisins are fruit! i know, i know. i'll try harder next time.
