i got this song off a blog a while back, but recently saw it in the film 500 days of summer, which incidentally stars my celebrity doppleganger, zooey deschanel, though for most of the movie i wanted to pull her hair out (bitch). the song is melodic, peaceful, and yes, a little hopeful.
just a point of information. carla bruni is the first lady of france.

yeah, i expected more from that movie; very underwhelmed. Should of just waited for the soundtrack. And who doesn't love the Smiths?!
